 Trouble with email login after server move?
Solution On the newest servers you need to use your entire email address as the username in your mail program such as Outlook Express or Incredimail. If your site was moved try changing this. We have some tutorials here - http://www.windsorhelp.com

If you think you need a password reset you can use your control panel or if you don't have access to that open a ticket and request a password reset.
